We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Regulatory Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal or business disciplines, coupled with experience in a regulated industry. This role demands a professional who is adept at managing large-scale regulatory implementation projects, from the initial analysis of new regulations to the design and execution of comprehensive implementation plans.
Your Impact
- Conduct thorough analyses of new and existing regulations to determine their implications for the organization.
- Lead the assessment of regulatory impact on various business units, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans for the implementation of legal regulatory requirements across the organization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of regulatory projects.
- Design comprehensive implementation strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory demands.
- Facilitate the development of training and communication plans to educate staff on regulatory changes and compliance procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams during the implementation phase.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to regulatory projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for regulatory initiatives.
Your Skill Set
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulated industry, with a proven track record of managing regulatory implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on business operations.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory texts and translate them into actionable business requirements.
- Fluent in English; German is a further plus.
