The CISO Identity Governance team is a high performing Cyber Security Engineering Task Force responsible for building the automated solutions utilized for user provisioning/de-provisioning globally; additionally, the team is responsible for building and maintaining the solutions for managing fine-grained entitlements, from systems across the bank.
This function involves a Shift-Left approach to security development, which means secure development practices come first and foremost and not as an afterthought; we are not only security evangelists to teams across the bank, but we have a hard focus on delivering solutions that reduce friction from a business perspective. We pride ourselves in developing processes and solutions that are secure, efficient and intuitive. CISO is looking for an experienced engineer familiar with Identity Management and Governance.
SailPoint Identity Management Engineering is a world-class cyber security development group responsible for automating user access Provisioning and De-Provisioning across Citi's vast application ecosystem. We are responsible for implementing, architecting and guiding teams on proper security hygiene and development practices to protect Citi and its customers from harm in today's ever-changing and complex threat landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple engineering work efforts including development of java client, service and SailPoint IdentityIQ workflow functionality to meet customer user provisioning requirements.
- Understand and be able to explain in layman terms Citi’s user provisioning lifecycle and architecture
- Provide technical demonstrations to application teams describing Citi’s provisioning framework.
- Understand and be able to apply as needed the key technical offerings with respect to SailPoint user provisioning
- Think on your feet, question any thing that does not make sense, think about process improvement
- Follow the SSDLC (Secure Software Development Lifecycle) which includes: peer-based code reviews, good code repository maintenance, maven integration, secure coding practices, package management, etc.
- Maintain strict JIRA hygiene with respect to tracking engineering work efforts and tasks.
- Maintain engineering artifacts for each work effort including: release notes, test case details, etc.
- Be able to work independently on project assignments
- Raise issues and questions if something doesn't seem right or does not make sense
- Be receptive to and be willing to give feedback to bolster team resiliency and efficacy
- Be an active and engaged participant on all required calls.
Qualifications:
Java (5 years minimum)
- OO Concepts, SOA Experience
- SOAP Web Service Experience
- JSF, Spring or Struts Framework Experience
- Application / software integration utilizing BPM, BPEL, ESB
- SQL Experience
- Linux Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Identity Management experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ preferred
- PKI Cryptography
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
