VP, ERM - Risk Cross Product Technology Strategy Business Analyst (Hybrid)

The Risk Data and Technology organization has an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in leading technology change and transformation.
This multi-faceted role will report to the Cross Product Readiness & Execution Lead and will require versatility to lean into critical projects in support of Risk's transformation program. In this role, you will: implement a strategy for user enabled tooling that supports business needs, whilst being in compliance with regulatory requirements and company polices; and drive consistency in product roadmaps to enable integrated user journeys that rationalize, standardize and simplify capabilities across Risk to gain maximum benefit from each product.
Responsibilities:

Drive progress towards delivery of Risk's committed Consent Order End User Computing (EUC) risk reduction targets

Develop and drive a Risk user-enablement technology strategy

Support large and complex programs through creative and thoughtful solutions as part of migration to strategic tech tools.

Identify and deliver opportunities to improve process efficiencies, technological automation and functionalities, and user enablement within data and reporting infrastructure and find opportunities for combining or connecting initiatives across Risk to achieve maximum benefits

Collaborate with the various product owner teams to create and drive cross-product and technology roadmaps

Provide regular written updates to a variety of key senior stakeholders including presentation of business cases proposals

Drive and own the design, analysis and execution of strategic initiatives and projects that fall outside the scope of normal course of business, as determined by Risk Data and Technology head
Qualifications:
-
6 years relevant experience, ideally in Banking or Financial Services with prior work experience in area related to business analysis, strategy consulting, or process reengineering

Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and persuade colleagues across disparate businesses, regions and cultures.

Demonstrated excellence at identifying stakeholders, understanding needs, and driving decision- making/resolution in a collaborative approach which includes vetting/troubleshooting.

Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the senior management level.

Ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate.

Prior experience with Tableau or other BI tools

Demonstrated ability to lead change management across large global organizations.

The ability to collaborate effectively, while also providing a constructive challenge to status quo thinking

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
