Frontify's Global Partnerships team is a community of highly motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds ranging across Sales, Agencies, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your Mission
Frontify is growing its technology partnerships team and seeking a dynamic Partner Manager for the North American market in New York to establish a robust network of regional partners, driving our go-to-market strategy. We're on the lookout for a solution-driven professional who excels at managing various processes across stakeholders and can foster strategic partnerships.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying potential partnerships and deepening relationships with our existing partners. If you're excited to join an innovative, fast-paced environment where your efforts will significantly impact both the team and the product, we’d love to connect!
- You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our New York office 1-2 times a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
- 4+ years of partner management experience with a strong track record in building and managing strategic tech partnerships.
- Strategic and creative thinker with business acumen and data-driven insights.
- Skilled networker with strong cross-industry connections.
- Expertise in promoting SaaS products and integrating them into broader solutions.
- Excellent communicator focused on growth and driving a healthy sales pipeline.
- Independent and results-driven, adept at leading cross-functional teams and driving change.
- Own partner relationships, from onboarding to market initiatives, driving adoption and sales growth.
- Identify, onboard, and grow new partners to support revenue and pipeline targets.
- Develop joint plans with partners, track progress, and measure against key metrics.
- Identify and execute go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Act as the partnership subject matter expert, supporting internal teams across functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline partner processes and success stories.
- Offer strategic guidance to partners, clients, and internal teams to drive growth and deliver solutions.
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
- Coordinate with the global team to ensure consistency and share best practices.
- Oversee partner administration and implement regional go-to-market strategies.
- Track and report performance via OKRs and KPIs.
- Collaborative team player with Salesforce CRM experience and data management skills.
- Positive, energetic, and focused on delivering impactful results.
