We are searching for the best talent for Senior Medical Manager Hematology to be in Bogotá, Colombia.
Purpose: Provide Medical Affairs leadership for Hematology in the cluster LA North, owning and driving the overall medical strategy and plans for in market and pipeline products, in close alignment with the Core Value Team.
You will be responsible for:
- Aligning strategic priorities for Hematology, oversight the development and deployment of the medical strategy for key in line products. Co-lead TA strategy for co-positioning in line products
- Contributes to the development of the medical strategy for the Hematology pipeline products aligned with Regional and Global Medical Affairs teams
- Member of the Regional Medical Affairs Team and other relevant forums to discuss the Therapeutic Area (Hematology) and Medical Affairs strategy
- Search for synergies and Medical Affairs solutions cross Therapeutic Area and cross-functions
- Participate and anticipate discussions for pre-launch (including Regulatory and access discussions), market preparation, assure the launching strategy includes an appropriate medical strategy, evidence generation
- Lead and partner in interactions with key individual stakeholders to shape the medical community behavior change in favor of better treatment decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external investigators and opinion leaders involved in the delivery of TA care or engaged in TA studies
- Identify the opportunity to gather relevant insights from different available sources to generate actions
- Oversight and support if needed GCO-MAO on the execution of local trial initiatives to ensure clinical trials site selection. Responsible for all local publications
- Lead, manage and coach a local Medical Affairs team: 4 direct reports.
- Demonstrate a broad Medical Affairs vision, not only focused on the TA areas under direct responsibility
- Responsible for Medical Affairs Hematology Budget management and TA execution of medical activities Minimum Qualification
- Deep knowledge of drug development process, including clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication plans
