The position is to support data driven decisions on strategy, product development and marketing campaign by helping to visualize and present meaningful and actionable insights derived from analysis of business data, e.g. identifying correlations and discover patterns.
Main Tasks / 主要任务
- Leverage data assets by data collection and processing, to provide basis for day-to-day meaningful and actionable strategic and operational insights.
- Support digital product optimization by data analyses and AB test, cooperating with digital product owner and developers
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualized customized reports to support data driven decisions and recommendations on digital product and marketing strategy.
- Maintain current data tracking system and ensure the new digital functions are well tracked.
- Support offline sampling research/survey for business or product strategy by means of statistical knowledge
- Support colleagues with problem solving for data quality issues from source systems and propose corrective actions for IT system or process improvements to step up data quality and timeliness over time.
Experience / 经验
- 3+ years’ experience of big data analysis.
- Experience with web/digital analytics tools including GA, Sensor, AA, Growing IO, Miaozhen, Gridsum. Using visualization and reporting tools to build dashboard.
- Experience of data tracking implementation and Martech practice.
- Interested in digital product optimization and AB test.
- Knowledge of sampling research/survey methodology and statistical analysis.
- Experience with business data analysis and providing insights for digital product development and marketing strategy.
- Proven expert knowledge of SQL and Excel is a plus.
- Working level of verbal and written in English and Chinese.
