Your Impact
- Support the preparation and assessment of actuarial and technical pension analyses and reports under different accounting standards.
- Support our clients on their pension strategy, in particular in preparing (actuarial) valuations of their pension and employee benefits.
- Support our clients on Swiss and international deals by reviewing data on the business and analysing a variety of HR and compensation and benefit (including pension) plan information.
- Become part of the wider People & Organisation team, who work with clients on topics ranging from pensions and employee benefits to HR transformation and diversity & inclusion. You will develop your network, meeting people working in many diverse areas, and learn about the wide range of work we do for our clients.
- Develop your technical expertise and soft skills through training both on and off the job.
Your Skill Set
- Completed or close to achieving, a Bachelor or Master's degree, in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, business administration or a similar field.
- Flair for numbers, strong analytical and writing skills and like to draft reports and presentations.
- Fluent in English. German, French or any other language is a plus.
- You enjoy working in an international team and environment.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel. Familiarity with visualisation tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) or any programming skills (such as VBA or Python) are a bonus.
- Detail- and quality-oriented and drive to learn new skills.
- Rready to step outside of your core competences.
