We are excited to offer the position of Footwear Design Senior Lead, within our design team. You will work in a very fast-moving environment where you will help lead and drive the full design and creative process of footwear design, starting from concept research to product briefings for production.

Your Mission

• You will be responsible for the design exploration of a whole shoe family
• You own your projects from design concepts through to final delivery
• You design technology-infused movement-lifestyle products
• You will work on developing concepts, mock-ups, visuals, 2D and 3D files for new projects
• You must have an eye for totally new creation and the vision for new opportunities and creativeavenues
• You must have a great knowledge and understanding about the training industry
• Pushing the boundaries must come naturally to you and the ability to visualize and communicateyour process to key stakeholders
• You will collaborate with our Zurich and Vietnam based development teams on creating functionaland performance-driven products
• Proactively work to understand consumer and future buying/lifestyle habits to inform new ways topromote the brand this these mindsets
• Keep up to date with various regional requirements and the finite variation in the consumer typesand cultural influences
• Stay on top of relevant, upcoming trends and materials and an understanding of how to infusethese inspirational avenues with the brand vision and DNA
• You will develop and visualize a strong vision for future products
• You should be a strong communicator, adapt at liaising with key stakeholders and confidentpresenting to cross-functional teams
• You enjoy working as a team player and have an open style with sharing and taking on variouspoints of view
