The Opportunity

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • You together identify and develop opportunities in the Swiss market for the digital portfolio in close collaboration with the sales team

  • Together with the Product Management and other internal stakeholders, you are responsible for building up a sustainable digital business in the Swiss market

  • You serve as a digital specialist to upskill the sales team in collaboration with the product management and the global team

  • You build relationships with key customers in order to influence the acceptance and use of the Roche digital portfolio

  • You may gather data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing to capitalize on selling opportunities

Who You Are

  • Experience in selling cloud-based software solutions for healthcare and handling commercial launches of such solutions

  • Experience in engaging with new teams and fostering environments of accountability

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and an established network with customers and key stakeholders in the market

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the healthcare sector

  • Fluent in German and English, with French being an advantage

  • Ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to boost the digital business; demonstrate resilience in challenging situations; collaborate and have fun in a cross-functional setting
