This position is offered in the Clinical Development team for Regulated Clinical Insights.The Clinical Development Team explores unmet medical needs and designs clinical development strategies and studies for diagnostic solutions and personalized healthcare. In your role you support the Clinical Development Leads in the development of innovative of digital solutions
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the team with medical/scientific expertise to help develop novel diagnostics solutions.

Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, collation of relevant clinical and scientific information from different sources, and create new scientific content.

Writing a wide range of medical and scientific documents.

Translate clinical practice guidelines and scientific literature into actionable rules / workflows to be integrated into digital solutions.

Collaborate with other functions as well as external experts on development programs.

Pilot project management, help team lead in communicating between Roche product team and customer key stakeholder, track progress and timeline, identify and communicate potential risks.

Support the team with the generation of target product profiles, and translation into analytical and clinical product requirements.
Who You Are
You are currently enrolled as a Medical student or PhD student in a health-related scientific field (e.g. cardiology, metabolic diseases, endocrinology, immunology, etc) or have recently graduated with a Master's degree in one of the fields above, after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

Interested to transfer your scientific and/or medical knowledge and your curiosity into the development of clinical diagnostic solutions have excellent communication and strong scientific writing skills

A team player, ideally with project management skills

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must, additional languages are an asset
Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 12 months.
Part-time employment is not possible.
It is not possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
