- Develop and execute overall sales & marketing strategy to drive sales growth to meet annual sales targets and long-term strategic objectives
- Build and lead a high performance sales & marketing team by disciplined hiring, training and developing. Supervise and manage field sales people to perform overall sales and promotional activities and ensure good performance skills
- Assign field responsibility and territory/account allocation to individual field force to ensure adequate coverage.
- Support and assist team members to set agreeable yet challenging goals and objectives to direct and motivate team members towards attaining company’s financial targets.
- Understand market dynamics and identify business opportunities by closing gaps of customer’s unmet needs
- Regularly field join call with sales & marketing team to collect market insights and translate the information to Baxter opportunities locally; must be able to independently support surgical cases or do in-service training in operating theatres if required
- Disseminate company strategies and management information to team members effectively
- Inspire and coach team members to achieve common business goal in alignment with the overall marketing strategies to overcome market challenges
- Maintain detailed & proactive mindset and good communication with cross functional teams (ie., RA, MA, QA, SC, FN, etc.) to ensure smooth daily sales operation
- Provide resolutions to solve problems and proactively seek help from manager if required
- Be innovative in leveraging company resources to achieve business goal
- Manage tenders effectively by working with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage distributors to ensure the alignment of strategy and smoothness in daily operation
- Embrace digital mindset and utilize company’s digital resources in sales & marketing operation; motivate and lead the team to implement company digital projects
- Proactively to lead team to engage in company activities if any to blend in company’s culture
