We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.
! This role lasts initially for one year with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Co-design operational transformation with vendors
· Support team in alignment on approach of transition, requirements and documentation
· Co-create operating handbook for project and for individual countries as part of transition
· Document aligned processes in central documentation repository
· Understand scope, status and potential risks for each country
· Participate on the meetings, collect minutes, decisions and next steps, prepare appropriate project documentation, co-design processes and governance
· 5+ years of relevant expertise within HR field (process & change)
· Knowledge of H2R processes
· To be technical savvy with general IT knowledge
· Stakeholder management on advanced level
· Good communication and change management skills,
· Proficient in process design
· Fluency in English (spoken & written);
· Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
