We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join our client's team. Long-term temporary contract, to start immediately. 80% role.

Our client is a reknown international company in the FMCG sector.

Description

  • Autonomously manage the full-cycle recruitment process, in Switzerland in EMEA, including head-hunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and directors to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with HR team for on-boardings.

Profile

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition in an international setting, with at least 8 years as a recruiter.

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in English and good command of French.

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and contact-building skills.

  • Complete autonomy and ability to work under low supervision.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and excellent time management skills.

  • Proficiency in recruiting tools.

  • Calm temper and discrete personnality.
