Description

Autonomously manage the full-cycle recruitment process, in Switzerland in EMEA, including head-hunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers and directors to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR team for on-boardings.
Profile
-
Proven experience in talent acquisition in an international setting, with at least 8 years as a recruiter.

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in English and good command of French.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and contact-building skills.

Complete autonomy and ability to work under low supervision.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and excellent time management skills.

Proficiency in recruiting tools.

Calm temper and discrete personnality.
