Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Store Associate who speaks German, English, and Portuguese to join our team. The successful candidate will take customer orders, prepare açaí bowls, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and assemble açaí bowls and smoothies according to Oakberry’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including equipment and waiting areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both German, English, and Portuguese.
• Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
