What is this position about?

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the execution of the projects from order to delivery and installation while respecting deadlines, allocated budget, requirements and customer satisfaction

Your mission

  • Proactively work with customers to check the compatibility of customer specifications and technical files prepared by the pre-sales department
  • Establish and monitor the project implementation schedule
  • Collaborate on the technical part with the involved company teams
  • Be the interface between the customer and various department
  • Coordinate and monitor the different stages of the projects and the resources to be allocated or already allocated
  • Provide feedback on significant projects with all the involved teams
  • Presenting project status to internal stakeholder

Your profile

  • Completed studies as master's degree in engineering, chemistry, process engineering or a similar field
  • Professional experience in the role, operating in structured contexts with a matrix organization
  • Proven knowledge of project management techniques (risk management, organization etc..)
  • Knowledge in automated chemistry
  • Synthesis, pragmatic and problem-solving approach
  • Able to manage conflict and job-related pressure
  • High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office suite, and ability to learn business systems)
  • Strong independence, drive, initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Aptitude to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial skills and cost-conscious behaviour
  • Very good written and spoken English, German or French is an advantage
