Primary responsibilities

• Provide IT support for employees
• Maintain the IT infrastructure
• Install computers and upgrade our infrastructure
• Coordinate IT work with our IT suppliers
• Administrative management of users and licences
• Improve existing applications (CRM, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, EDM, BitaBiz, Abacus, etc.)
• Improve work processes
• Train employees in IT applications and tools
• Organise commercial mailings using CRM Dynamics & Mailchimp
• Monitor and improve IT security
• Management of conference rooms and Sipass/Siemens access applications
• Documentation of IT projects
• Maintenance of ERP systems and business platform with external service providers
• Participate in Operations projects

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent qualification
• Versatility and willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in IT support or development
• Excellent command of the usual office automation tools
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Azure
• Good analytical, execution and communication skills
• Languages: French + good knowledge of English and/or German
