You are ensuring Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance Support on Airbus A220, A320, A330, A340, A350 (as of 2025) and Boeing 777 airframes in compliance with type certificate and regulatory requirements.

This challenging but exciting and rewarding position as TechOps Engineer (Structures) includes the following prime tasks:

  • Ensuring compliance of aircraft structures and associated components with the continuing airworthiness requirements issued by TC holders and airworthiness authorities
  • Providing support for Maintenance (incl. on-call duty during non-office hours)
  • Liaising with OEMs on technical issues
  • Evaluating of maintenance requirements and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), monitoring their implementation, and initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations
  • Analyzing of reliability trends and development of corrective actions
  • Conducting technical investigations in the frame of the Safety Management System (SMS)

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a new colleague with a strong passion for commercial aviation, ideally someone with a few years of experience in CAMO/MRO Engineering.

  • Higher educational degree in aeronautical / mechanical engineering
  • Proven practice in Airline / MRO Engineering for commercial aircraft is desirable
  • AMOS Maintenance Information System familiarity is a plus
  • Skilled in coordinating and organizing multiple objectives at the same time
  • Able to always work accurately and reliably even under time pressure
  • Strong analytical skills paired with solution- and aim-oriented thinking as well as initiative-taking acting
  • Willingness to be on-call at regular intervals
  • Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
  • Fluency in English, German is beneficial
