Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance channel marketing and training team within a matrixed organization.
2. Channel Marketing : Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies and lead KAM resources development to drive product performance, focusing on delivering clinical, operational, and economic value to Population Health Decision Makers.
3. KAM Training: Lead learning and development initiatives for the KAM team to enhance effectiveness and execution with key decision-makers.
4. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and strategic insights to shape channel strategies, track performance, and optimize outcomes.
5. Strategic Planning: Essential leader in the creation of business plans, leader of the tactical channel marketing strategies, and budget management, ensuring seamless coordination with the broader Neuroscience franchise.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Key Account Management (KAM), Market Access, Real World Evidence, Customer Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Policy teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand and TA Objectives.
