Citi has embarked on a multi-year transformation effort to simplify and modernize its legacy core banking platform. As part of the transformation, the Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA) module residing within the legacy core banking platform will be migrated into a modern cloud native next generation DDA platform. The DDA platform will provide account management and transaction processing capabilities for Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) business globally.
Citi has completed the selection of the new DDA platform and is looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer for a high-quality team to build next-gen solutions for internal Operations users to interact with DDA APIs
Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications
-
Architect , Design and develop user interfaces using Angular and React JS best practices.

Conduct performance tests and ensure the responsiveness of applications.

Collaborate with back-end developers and solution architects to improve usability.

Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency using Citi Design Standards
-
Create quality mockups and prototypes.
-
Implementing CI/CD pipeline for UI applications
-
Provide technical leadership and be responsible for delivery on time
Professional Qualifications and attributes

Notable skill for establishing rapport and credibility with product owners and technical architects
-
Strong engineering team leadership capability
-
Ability to articulate design principles that govern UX design
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a wide range of people, both internally and externally

Experience with cloud native core banking solutions (nice to have)
-
Experience with modernization of core banking platforms (nice to have)
Technical Qualifications:
-
Hands on development experience in Angular or React JS including Micro frontend architecture implementation knowhow (must have)
-
Experience preferred in developing Java\J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot
-
Design and development experience building reusable REST API model/framework to consume data from and/or push data into MongoDB (must have)
-
Strong architecture knowledge of modern cloud-based development frameworks including microservices, APIs, CI-CD frameworks (must have)
-
Experience creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, JavaScript
-
Strong knowledge of Distributed transactions
-
Experience in optimizing applications for throughput and scalability
-
Good knowhow of Testing Automation frameworks and tools(Good to have)
-
Experience with version control systems like Git
-
Good AWS knowledge including S3, EC2, EBS, VPC, SQS, SNS(Good to have)
Education:
-
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
