Responsibilities :

• Learn all the key steps of test development for production release of new products, including generating test plan, design test hardware and software, etc.

• Work with people from different function groups to solely manage assigned projects, supported by mentorship

• Support engineering evaluation / investigation projects

• Coordinate engineering teams to solve testing related issues

• Perform data collection and analysis to support engineering evaluation / investigation projects including documenting and publishing summary reports in PowerPoint

Qualifications :

• BSEE or MSEE degree

• Proficient with analyzing electrical circuits

• Basic understanding of semiconductor devices working theory

• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills

• Experienced in statistical data analysis using Excel

• Comfortable working with and learning new bench instruments

• Basic programming skills in C, C++, or VBA

• Quick learner of process, new technical knowledge and skills

• Effective verbal and written communication

• Team player with a strong sense of driving to meet project schedule

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ products - Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
