Head of Project Management

YOUR CHALLENGES

• This position offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and fast-expanding company.
• You will be expected to:
• Lead of Project Management team consisting of full-time Project Managers. Key focus is product development / customization / relocation projects.
• Performance of R&D and Project Portfolio Management
• Organization of Project Reviews for official milestone approvals
• Project Portfolio Controlling & Reporting based on the defined KPI’s (Scope, Time, Costs, COGS, ASP, …)
• Interdisciplinary teamwork with other company functions
• Supervision / Administration of existing Project and Portfolio Management Software Tool & SharePoint
• Securing Project Pipeline with Product Management to assure future R&D and BU strategy in execution of upcoming projects
• Prioritization of Projects and solving department bottle-necks to assure smooth project execution
• Cross-link to Technology Development to implement future technologies into upcoming product development projects
• Employee development based on VAT talent program / Build-up of strong project management team
• Development of internal project management processes in conjunction with all interfaces also to other VAT entities (e.g. Malaysia, US)

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Degree in engineering, economics / business administration or a related discipline.
• Several years of work experience as a project manager in product development
• Strong communication and presentation skills, command of English.
• Proven leadership skills, partner management and relationship building skills
• Active and resilient personality
• Motivated to work in a fast growing, dynamic and international environment.
• English speaker, any other language is advantageous.
