The 25hours Hotel Langstrasse is centrally located near the main train station and only a short bike ride away from the lake. The Cinchona Bar for daydreamers and night owls, exciting conference facilities and plenty of space for stories and adventures. We are a young team and love our first-name culture mixed with a good upbringing.

Our bar team ensures taste explosions in the glass. Our Cinchona Bar is marketed as an independent concept and is aimed at the neighborhood with highballs.

Job Description

How does your working day looks like...

• You will do the scheduling, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development
• You take responsibility for your budget and ensure correct billing and administration
• You will help shape the range and prices in the area of beverages and take care of the goods handling control
• You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for our external concept partner
• You will ensure clean processes at the bar as well as smooth cooperation with all other departments
• You stand by your colleagues with a contagious smile when all the guests rush to the bar at the same time and want to order. In addition, you keep track of spontaneous changes in plans
• You stand for the high level of our bar and swear your colleagues to an equally special service experience

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You have completed an apprenticeship in gastronomy and love working in a bar with a lot of hustle and bustle
• You have already gained management experience in a similar role
• You are passionate about bar culture and like to discover new concepts
• You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. In addition, charming communication is easy for you, even when things get tricky
• You're a doer – and openly admit when you've done something wrong
• You bring not only your skills, but also your character

Additional Information
