Motivation for the Role: To support our mission of fostering public-private cooperation, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable P&C Global Ops Lead. This role is crucial in managing employee life cycle processes, ensuring labor law compliance, and developing a comprehensive People Service knowledge base. The incumbent will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on labor law and compliance and will be responsible for building and maintaining up-to-date key processes and standards.

Team Introduction: The mission of the P&C Global Ops Team is to deliver compliant, accurate, and efficient payroll and HR operations on a global scale. By streamlining employee lifecycle processes, we enable employees and managers to focus on their core responsibilities. Our goal is to enhance the employee and manager experience while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Employee Life Cycle Management:

  • Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding processes, in collaboration with the P&C Global Ops support team.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for employees throughout their tenure at the Forum.

Labor Law Compliance:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on labor law and compliance, providing guidance and support to the P&C team.
  • Monitor and interpret labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the Forum's policies and practices are compliant.

Process and Standards Development:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain key processes and standards related to employee life cycle.
  • Continuously review and update processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with best practices.

Knowledge Base Development:

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for employees, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of the knowledge base.

Payroll Process/Control Backup:

  • Serve as a backup for the monthly payroll process and controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Brevet Fédéral in HR or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on employee life cycle management and labor law compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and good project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Experience with payroll processes and controls is a plus.
