In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Demand & Inventory Planner

Main activities

Demand Planning :

• Establish 18 months rolling Sell-Out/Sell-IN forecast for more than 300 SKUs and more than 90 Countries through sales analysis, development/use of statistical forecasting tools and by closely interacting with other departments
• Monitor performance by KPIs to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Forecasts
• Improve Demand Planning Tools to give full visibility to stakeholders
• Document New Demand Planning Processes
• Lead Monthly Demand Review Meetings with internal (head Office) and external (Affiliates) stakeholders

Inventory Planning :

• Manage lnventory - inhouse and at affiliates
• Define Stock policy on some range of products
• Monitor performance by KPIs to continually improve the quality and reliability of the
• Stock Management
• Improve Inventory Planning Tools to give full visibility to stakeholders

Project / Process Management :

• Provide input for S&OP meetings for long term planning horizons; provide recommendations to supply chain and commercial leaders and potential plan improvement
• Build and automate efficient and reliable data pipelines and dashboards related to Demand and Inventory Planning
• Participate to end to end Supply Chain, Operations and Production projects such as the implementation of an APS (Advanced Planning System)
• Any other special mission that may be entrusted by the direction

Your profile

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
• A Supply Chain certifications (APICS,-) is a plus
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Demand and/or Supply Chain Planning
• End to end Supply Chain understanding
• A first Experience using an ERP system (SAP, -)
• Experience working in advanced planning systems (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder)
• A first Pharmaceutical or Medical Equipment Industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and PowerBI
• Good listener and communicator
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Summary and Synthesis skills
• Fluency in French and English
