We are seeking a dynamic Community Insights Manager to champion the re-design of AMSC's data architecture and data domain for insights generation, and contribute to a comprehensive data-based value delivery to our Partners. Collaborating with Forum teams, this role involves enhancing the data ecosystem and leveraging it to drive novel insights and data products to drive a more tailored engagement with Partners. Reporting Lines & Interactions
Reporting to the Head of the Centre and the Lead of Technology & Innovation, both based in Geneva, the Community Insights Manager will be a pivotal force in extracting value from digital information and insights.
Breakdown of Responsibilities

Data Architecture and End-to-End Systems Analysis: Conduct end-to-end systems analysis and provide recommendations for enhancing data architecture and systems.

Insights Generation: Drive the creation of a sophisticated data ecosystem, utilizing it to generate novel insights that provide valuable perspectives on manufacturing and supply chain innovation.

Develop Self-Service Community Portal and Database: Innovate and implement a self-service community portal and database that improves collaboration, knowledge sharing, and community engagement.

Data-Based Value Delivery: Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy aimed at delivering tangible value to partners, aligning data initiatives with the overall goals of the AMSC.

Collaboration and Engagement: Collaborate with Forum teams to enhance the data ecosystem, leveraging insights to develop innovative data products that foster a more tailored and impactful engagement with partners, supporting the broader mission of the AMSC.
Requirements and Experience
-
At least 5 years of professional work experience working with public and/or private sector on data analysis and visualization, insights generation, digital applications development and related.

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Familiarity with manufacturing, emerging technologies and trends in data science, understanding the nuances of data in these sectors.

Strong understanding for data rights management.

Ability to quickly synthesize data and information to provide meaningful insights, stats and hypothesis.

Self-starter that thrives on ambiguity and working cross functionally in an international environment
