Our C-Track solutions enable courts to efficiently manage caseloads and improve collaboration across justice platforms - transforming courts into modern examples of efficiency and effectiveness. Judges, clerks, and IT personnel depend on C-Track to alleviate bottlenecks and tedious tasks within their complex workflows; enabling staff to manage increased caseloads with fewer resources. The suite of C-Track products includes case management, electronic filing, and document management solutions.
As Manager of the TRCMS Managed Services Team and Security Compliance you will be responsible for managing the Managed Services team to provide 24x7 monitoring, tracking and maintenance of TRCMS internal and customer environments hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud. You will partner across the business and technology teams to diagnosis and troubleshoot issues, provide incident reporting with root cause analysis and preventative/corrective actions, and ensure environments are properly configured to meet our contractually obligated service level agreements (SLA) for various customers.
You will oversee the tracking, planning and management of security compliance obligations (currently ISO 27001 and PCI SAQ-D) and monitor/enforce our security responsibilities across the organization while keeping up with TR corporate security policies and industry trends. The candidate must be comfortable managing a mixed onshore and offshore team and working in both technical and business environments. They must have a “can-do” attitude, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to interact with customers, and work effectively in a cross-functional environment with minimal supervision.
The position primarily operates during regular business hours, however occasional evening and weekend work may be required for maintenance and support operations and to support high severity issue escalations.
Location: Remote based position can be based anywhere in US.
About the Role:
In this opportunity as Manager of Managed Services and Security Compliance, you will:
- Manage mixed onshore and offshore contractor team that monitors and maintains the internal TR and client applications and infrastructure hosted in the Azure cloud (both customer and TR-owned) on a 24-hour x 7 basis.
- Leverage tooling (e.g. Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) to provide service delivery tracking and ongoing reporting based on customer SLAs.
- Research and implement cloud-based monitoring, vulnerability, and security tools.
- Perform audit reviews of environment setup and configuration to ensure they meet architectural standards, contractual obligations, and monitoring requirements.
- Partner across business unit to work on troubleshooting, incident fixes, client reported issues and actively monitor and communicate progress both internally and with external customers.
- Conduct reoccurring testing and validation of DR and BCP.
- Monitor cloud costs across customer and internal environments.
- Research and provide recommendations for cost optimizations and efficiencies.
- Support, track, and manage security compliance (currently ISO 27001 and PCI SAQ-D) standards and required processes around certifications.
- Streamline overall environment management through tooling and process refinement/reengineering.
- Keep current and comply with TR corporate security policies (cloud, data, etc.) as well as industry trends.
- Provide technical knowledge and support for customer inquiries, sales engagement (e.g. RFP responses) and contracting teams.
- Partner with architecture team and DevOps team to set policies, documentation and standards for security, environment, and monitoring.
- Must be willing and able to pass customer required background screening and security checks/tests (e.g. CJIS, criminal background check, identity verification).
- Travel required as needed (10%).

About You:
You’re a fit for the role of Manager of Managed Services and Security Compliance, if your background includes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field. 3+ years of experience managing technology support team.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts and external customers.
- Knowledge and understanding of administering complex web application environment and supporting technologies/tools including Java, Windows and Linux, MS SQL Server or Oracle, Tomcat, Jenkins (or other build tools).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (or equivalent) infrastructure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, application gateways, network security groups, firewalls, virtual machines, using Terraform or similar tool, databases, and storage accounts.
- Experience with managing and monitoring tools such as: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Defender, Network Watcher.
- Familiarity with and ability to understand, manage, and enforce security policies (e.g. ISP 27001, PCI) from both a policy and technology prospective.
- Highly organized with problem solving, troubleshooting, prioritization, time management, risk management, escalation, and analytical skills.
- Responsible and motivated with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment in an independent manner.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a demanding environment.
- Possess the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $112,400 - $208,800. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $97,100 - $180,300. The base compensation range in other locations may vary.
