What will you do - Responsibilities:

Conduct 5s audits and internal trainings

Develop continuous improvement culture in the organization

Data analysis and production reporting

Ensure the proper functioning of the 5S3R program

Collect ideas to improve and optimize processes

Participation in optimization projects

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Management, Production Engineering or similar

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the production area

Knowledge of MS Office - in particular MS Excel, PowerPoint

Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP – will be considered an asset

Good level of English and Polish, both spoken and written

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving)

Good communication skills and positive attitude

Creativity and problem solving skills will complete your profile
