Join our team in Zürich-Oerlikon as our Continuous Improvement Manager (GIS)!

Your responsibilities

• Ensure continuous improvement of processes and interfaces across departments, lead RCA for process breaches, with the overall goal to reduce waste and increase speed. Example: improving resolution speed of quality cases in the factory and on-site.

• Overall lead for value chain processes of the GIS factory (Sales-Project Management-Engineering-Supply chain-Production-Delivery) - Lead cross-department corrective actions after RCA. Responsible for monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.

• Ensure processes are documented and kept up-to-date within the Management System (Adonis)

• Lead the cross-functional continuous improvement community.

• Monitor and improve Daily Management process for lean escalation with all relevant information (KPI, Tasks, Visualisation)

• Local Lead for the new product implementation (NPI) securing readiness of the whole factory organization (from sales to installation team) to execute customer order within standard process

 
Your background

• Good understanding of the GIS product and of the processes necessary to design, produce and deliver a GIS

• Good understanding of the SAP process landscape

• Education in lean methodology, theory of constraints, value chain mapping. Green belt preferable.

• Fluent in German and English

• Structured and analytical way of working, able to drive and motivate project team
