Primary responsibilities

• Preparation of analyses and active assistance with client presentations and projects

• Supporting the team during the due diligence and M&A process

• Preparation of investment documentation and presentation to the investment committee

• Assess investment opportunities by developing financial models and reviewing commercial assumptions

• Support in reporting to our investors

Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in business administration, finance or similar

• Ideally initial experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A or private equity

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for business administration

• Proficient in Excel and Power Point

• Written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage
