Executive Assistant to the Group COO (all genders)

YOUR MISSION



  • You actively support our Group COO in his daily business activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • You plan internal and external workshops, meetings, events and organize travels.

  • You assist and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other essential documents for the Group Strategic Committee Meeting, Management Board Meeting, and more. 

  • You prepare meeting minutes, manage calendars, handle emails and correspondence in both German and English, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

  • You will play an important role in supporting Business Unit projects and act as an interface with different internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.

  • You undertake a variety of special and confidential operations projects and are responsible for various special tasks such as supporting the internal communication and handling diverse HR tasks.

  • You engage in all aspects of Operations, from Sales to Supply Chain, providing valuable insights and support to enhance overall efficiency.


YOUR PROFILE



  • You bring along a higher commercial education which provides a solid foundation for this role (Commercial Apprentice or bachelor’s degree). Any further trainings in Management Assistance or Event Management are a significant advantage.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistance) and ideally you have already had some experience in Project Management Support.

  • You are proficient in IT tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Office 365. 

  • You have excellent English and German skills.

  • You are a proactive, open-minded, and independent individual with a strong team spirit. 

  • Your excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with your commitment to service orientation, make you a great asset to the organization. 

  • You handle challenges with resilience and flexibility, maintaining a positive attitude even under pressure.
