Kimberly-Clark’s Corporate play a key role in solving the company’s largest and most pressing strategic issues for the past 10+ years. Strategy teams lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide strategic recommendations on issues at the highest level of the organization, while serving as a talent pipeline for the company.
Key Accountabilities
The Summer Strategy Interns will support the strategy teams by executing projects associated with Kimberly-Clark's top strategic priorities and value creation agenda. They will be responsible for conducting analyses, drawing insights and presenting their findings to the senior executive leadership teams.
General Qualifications
- MBA Preferred.
- 2+ years' work experience, preferably in strategic consulting or corporate strategy.
- Understanding of industry trends, KPIs and standard analyses, and the competitive landscape.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of 12 weeks over Summer 2025
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Desired Technical Skills
- Business Acumen: The ability to understand and apply internal and external business drivers and metrics to achieve desired business results.
- Analytical & Quantitative: Able to collect, interpret, visualize and analyze a wide variety of information (financial statements and models, market research, etc.) and derive data-driven strategic insights from analyses; fluent in MS Excel.
- Structured Problem Solving: Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, intellectually curious and able to think creatively about potential solutions; able to structure and disaggregate problems in a logical, comprehensive manner.
- Project Focused: Ability to scope projects, manage teams, deliver results against set expectations, timelines, and budgets, etc.
- Written & Verbal Communication: Strategic thought leader with the ability to summarize and present analyses, findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively in written and oral forms.
- Adaptive Mindset: Ability to shift into and out of a mental mindset associated with assessing the facts and circumstances of the current situation and/or environment and making the appropriate/innovative adjustments to thinking and work habits to thrive in any scenario.
