Reporting to the Director of Strategy Development, the Manager of Business Analysis will be responsible for providing financial and strategic analysis support to the General Managers of North America’s Business Incubation and Partnership Products Businesses. As a member of the North America Strategy Development team this role provides an opportunity to gain an understanding of the company explore future opportunities within Strategy, Finance, or related functions.
In this role, you will:

Influence the organization in a way that balances market share, top-line growth, profitability, and balance sheet efficiency to create long-term shareholder value.

Identify relevant issues, clarify strategic choices, and bring a point of view to the table that influences the direction of the organization.

Drive and lead things that matter across the business

Take accountability to deliver results that have a meaningful impact on the success of Kimberly-Clark.

Lead the Overhead Annual Planning process to align with sector strategies and deliver net sales and operating profit growth objectives.

Provide a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to drive insights and recommendations across a wide range of investment choices (focus will be on Selling, G&A and R&E expenses).

Provide management with financial advice and counsel on all pertinent business matters by supplying ongoing, timely, and meaningful financial analysis of actual performance, business plans, and other discreet projects.

Facilitate processes, and process improvements leveraging LEAN/Continuous Improvement techniques, to increase efficiency within the sector. Also, enhance the position by thoroughly reviewing all the various activities performed in order to improve the quality and productivity of services provided.

Lead the strategic direction of Anaplan within NA overhead planning processes.

Ensure application of established corporate financial controls via effective implementation and maintenance of financial policies and instructions; and by the establishment, maintenance and audit of control procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field

7+ years of progressive Financial Analysis experience

Exceptional ability to influence without authority.

Advanced computer skills using Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare communications, financial/functional spreadsheets, and presentations.
