You can work closely with multiple teams, including Production, Engineering and other support functions. You will be key in maintaining and developing all manufacturing and support equipment and processes critical to saving and sustaining lives.
In this role, you will be required to:
- Supporting the maintenance of services, plant and equipment. Identifying the root cause of equipment issues and solutions.
- Ability to support the introduction of new equipment and processes.
- Inventory management - ensuring equipment spare parts are available.
- Ensure that preventative maintenance routines are completed promptly to maintain safety, quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate and provide support during internal and external audits. Partner with teams to ensure handovers are clear and effective.
What are the role requirements?
- Candidates should, at minimum, have attained trades certification, preferably electrical.
- A relevant accredited multi-skilled qualification or equivalent technical certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage.
- Bonus - familiarity with mechanical systems, robotics, PLC controls, low-voltage controls, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems is always an advantage but optional.
- Proven ability to solve escalated situations.
- A commitment to future education and upskilling is essential.
