Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

• Identify potential growth areas for Ypsomed Delivery Systems, contributing to the company's forward-thinking initiatives
• Lead evidence-based financial analyses of drug delivery devices under development to determine the financial impact of proposed initiatives through commercial viability assessments
• Gather inputs from cross-functional teams to develop and recommend device portfolio strategy, ensuring our future offerings align with market needs/preferences and business objectives
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of our existing and under development device portfolio, build bridges across product categories and sales to ensure cohesive portfolio development
• Facilitate regular portfolio review meetings with senior management to discuss strategic direction and ensure alignment with overall business strategy and goals
• Support cross-functional innovation teams with market segmentation, targeting, and product (re)positioning of existing and future medical device portfolio
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned with portfolio decisions
• Represent the company by actively participating in relevant trade fairs and networking with customers and partners across the pharmaceutical supply chain

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience, ideally in strategy consultancy or internal strategy/innovation/marketing teams
• Strategic thinking capabilities to translate insights into actionable plans
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and making strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple competing projects
• Fluency in written and spoken English
