As a Solution Consultant, you will help craft and execute strategies to drive our customers adoption and use of IaaS services, including Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, Security and more. This is an opportunity to be the technical advisor and voice of the customer. Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent the Service Fulfillment organization within a customer’s environment. You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices. The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges.
About the Role
Implements external and internal tools and applications.
Researches and analyzes problems with supervision and escalate issues as appropriate.
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
Executes on small project and implementation of various solutions as directed.
Works on one to two projects simultaneous.
Manages own resources in accordance with project schedule.
Provides data and information for monthly and quarterly reports for trackable metrics.
Regularly communicates and shares knowledge with team.
Completes work within department, company, and industry standards, methodologies, and policies.
Consistently delivers high-quality services to clients.
About You
3+ years of technical engineering experience
Experience in troubleshooting for one (1) of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking /OS / Databases / Security
Experience in Informational Technology operations
