Your Opportunities:
- As Head Production (Bulk Production & packaging), the jobholder is responsible for the smooth running of all processes in bulk & packaging production, taking into account optimal time and cost factors.
- Disciplinary and organizational leadership of bulk production AL & packaging Aesch
- Responsibility for timely, punctual, quality and quantity-compliant production
- Compliance with the relevant legal regulations
- Contact person for internal departments as well as for internal and external authorities Customer inspections
- Determining and initiating the measures necessary for the fulfilment of these tasks measures
- Process responsibility: outputs, quality, deadlines
- Responsibility for plant availability
- Responsibility for compliance with general GxP requirements as well as other other official requirements for the manufacture of medicinal products
- Representation of the department at audits by authorities, customers and internal audits
- Representation of the department in technical and other projects
- Clarification of the causes and initiation of suitable measures in the event of complaints and process deviations
- Responsibility for the technical training of employees
- Responsibility for meeting cost targets
- Responsibility for EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) regulations and targets
- Constructive cooperation with internal and external customers
- Compliance with ACINO's internal guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure patient safety, including compulsory participation in pharmacovigilance
- Participation in pharmacovigilance trainings
- Incoming complaints regarding product quality, adverse reported and requests for medical information must be directed to the person in charge of quality assurance/pharmacovigilance/medical affairs.
Who you are:
- Scientific or similar education (Dipl., MSc, ...)
- >10 years of cGMP experience
- Well-founded basic business knowledge
- > 10 years of experience in personnel management (N-1, N-2 or N-3)
- >10 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, quality and project management
- Excellent Knowledge of German and English
- Outstanding communication skills and extreme ability to work in a team
- Excellent strategic skills in building and leading local and global organizations
