Join Axpo Services AG as a Project Management Consultant and play a key role in driving the success of diverse projects. As a leading energy company based in Switzerland, Axpo provides innovative energy solutions both nationally and internationally. We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to support our project management teams and ensure seamless project execution.

What you will do:

• Support the management of mid-sized and larger projects


• Assist project teams during design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases of ERP implementations (S4/HANA)


• Maintain transparent project planning and reporting


• Co-organize and facilitate project workshops, meetings, and events


• Create presentations and documentation to support project activities

What you bring & who you are:

• Completed academic studies (university or FH), either in finance/business administration (MBA) or in engineering/natural sciences with supplementary education in business administration


• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm or a PMO of a large project


• Familiarity with project management standards and tools


• Experience in SAP or ERP transformation projects is welcome but not required


• Ability to lead small project teams


• Service- and client-oriented team player with strong reliability, trustworthiness, and thoroughness


• Analytical, structured, proactive, and curious mindset


• Convincing and adequate communication skills


• Native or professional proficiency in German and English; other languages are an asset but not required
