IKEA Supply AG (ISAG) is the main wholesale company within the Inter IKEA group – Core Business Supply. We are the owner of the goods in the distribution centers worldwide and are the buyer of goods delivered from suppliers globally and the main supplier of goods to IKEA retail companies.

The Finance organization at IKEA Supply AG (ISAG) is responsible for financial matters of the entity including among other financial planning, performance reporting, decision making support, pricing, external accounting and reporting, tax management, customs and connected business development and respective IT Solutions. We register financial transactions and secure compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations/standards.


Job description

As a Business Support Finance you responsibilities are the following: 

  • Support and act as Project Member during implementation of new financial systems (or upgrades) together with the Project Leader and the Accounting Team
  • Perform end-user trainings 
  • Act as Super User for financial systems 
  • Ability to adapt yourself to new challenges such as testing of new Finance Software, Interfaces or new ways of working
  • Support Accounting with different closing tasks.

Qualification

To be successful in this role you need to have/be: 

  • Knowledge of accounting and financial processes
  • At least 3 years in similar position
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Technical ability to understand a complex IT landscape 
  • Ability to work under time pressure and plan towards deadlines
  • Good communication skills towards various stakeholders (e.g. end-users, project leaders, solution owners)
  • Ability to take responsibility
  • Service Minded 
  • Investigative and detail oriented
  • Well organized and structured
  • Any M3 and / or SAP S4HANA knowhow would be an asset.
