Job start: Immediately or by agreement As a (Online-) Lifestyle Marketing Manager in the ASA Lifestyle Marketing Team, you will play a key role in promoting Andermatt Swiss Alps as a prime Alpine destination. You will work closely with your colleagues in the lifestyle marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for the following business units: golf, retail and gastro, events and activities, sponsoring and the ASA lifestyle brand. You also take responsibility for the digital activities managing and optimizing paid media campaigns. Your contribution to our success
Drive our lifestyle marketing strategy at an international level, covering brand communication, product marketing, events (conceptual) and digital marketing
Strategic and tactical marketing planning for international brand building and related product initiatives
Develop and manage products and services to sell and utilize the capacity of our lifestyle assets in strong cooperation with our accommodation offerings (The Chedi Andermatt, Radisson Blu, Andermatt Alpine Apartments)
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online traffic/sales
Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media ads and display/video advertising, in cooperation with our digital agency
Use web analytics tools to track and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, and recommend data-driven improvements
Oversee the Customer Experience Management initiative to measure and increase guest satisfaction, and improve brand and product experience
What you bring in
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or other recognized training in the field of marketing and at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a marketing manager in a brand/consumer-centric environment
Profound knowledge of managing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns. Advanced training with the Google Marketing Platform, especially Tag Manager 360 and Data Studio, is a significant plus
Any knowledge of business/marketing intelligence-related tools (e.g., Power BI), is desirable
Strong goal focus and customer orientation with an affinity for design
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
Excellent communication skills combined with hands-on mentality and a high sense of initiative, assertiveness and drive
Reliable, precise, proactive, efficient, and team-oriented way of working
Strong analytical skills with a high sense of organization
Very good written and spoken German and English (C1/C2)
