What are your responsibilities?
- Educational support and accompaniment of the children entrusted to you (age-specific or age-mixed groups, children from 3 months to school entrance)
- Creation of an age-oriented and interest-oriented daily routine for children
- Observation and development documentation using portfolios
- Establish a partnership with the families
- Active participation in team meetings
- Organisation of excursions and parent activities
What are your qualifications?
- A completed vocational training on nursery nursing or a degree in education/pedagogics
- Knowledge of educational plans and their implementation, project work, participation, observation and documentation procedures
- Self-initiative, creativity and flexibility
- Ability to work independently, structured and responsibly
