Atrium Residences is a leading luxury hospitality company based in Switzerland. We own and operate villas and penthouses with five-star services for leisure, business and medical stays in Geneva and Zürich. Our distinguished guests enjoy a tailor-made experience in completely private, safe and discreet environments. Available services can include private chef, butler, driver, concierge, housekeeping, therapist and personal trainer.

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Coordinator to join our hospitality team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of villas and office buildings, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. As a dedicated individual, you will be detail-oriented and ready to contribute to our growth and innovation. 

Your Responsibilities
  • Support planning and coordination of projects and activities
  • Implement policies and practices effectively
  • Maintain budgets and track expenditures/transactions
  • Organize and file records, invoices, and important documentation
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, mail, packages)
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating chefs and other freelancers for the Atrium Group
  • Greet suppliers and partners, ensuring they are well taken care of
  • Create and maintain updated records, reports, and proposals
  • Assist in researching, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, partners, and facilities
  • Ensure smooth operations of villas and office buildings, including new projects
  • Monitor and order office inventory
  • Foster positive relationships within the team and with external partners
  • Manage schedules and coordinate the Atrium Team
  • Present professionally in front of clients as required 
You are/have 
  • At least 2 years experience in an international 5-star setting
  • Ability to work effectively with different teams and individuals
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Cloud Solutions, and ERPs
  • A valid driver’s license is a must
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
  • Innovative mindset to contribute to business growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High accuracy and detail orientation in managing schedules and coordinating tasks
  • Availability for participating in an on-call rotation on weekends
