Working as a Product Manager

Lead and develop the OT Service segment, managing a key part of our Global Product Portfolio. Your role is crucial in shaping the OT Product vision, driving product innovation, and achieving customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management (Managed Cloud, Network and Workspace Services), you will collaborate with the wider Product team, Innovation, Marketing, Global Operations, Sales & Presales, and other key stakeholders to craft product strategies, seize market opportunities, and develop your product roadmap in line with Global Product Management. Your role will be pivotal in setting the vision and mission for your product and service, driving product innovation, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Innovate: Create and enhance global OT cybersecurity managed services, aiming for EBITDA and revenue growth.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from introduction to operational delivery. Ensure alignment with both internal and external customer needs, manage operational delivery requirements, and maintain a focus on continuous improvement and product evolution, and continuously update the roadmap for OT Managed Security Services.

  • Product Management Framework: Actively seek out and utilise product management frameworks such as Agile, MVPs, and OKRs (setting clear objectives) for structured and efficient processes.

  • Managed Security Services Strategy: Lead, define, and drive the strategy, value proposition, and Go-To-Market for Orange Cyberdefense OT Managed Security Services such as Vulnerability Management, Network Security Monitoring, and Firewall.

  • Market Monitoring and Strategy: Continuously monitor the OT security market to identify trends and opportunities. Enhance customer experiences, accelerate time to market, and manage customer expectations

  • OT Security Strategy: Contribute to the end-to-end OT Security strategy, value proposition, and GTM (Go-To-Market) of Orange Cyberdefense in close collaboration with professional services, Orange Business, and partners.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams responsible for the development and delivery of OT Managed Security Services to drive continuous improvement.

  • Sales Enablement: Lead the enablement of Orange Cyberdefense Sales and Pre-Sales teams on OT Managed Security Services.

  • Profitability Management: Lead and continuously improve the profitability of OT Managed Security Services.

  • Sales and Contractual Collateral: Own the sales and contractual collateral for OT Managed Security Services.

  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Orchestrate complex initiatives with various stakeholders across Orange Cyberdefense and Orange Business.

  • Product Management Representation: Represent the Orange Cyberdefense OT Managed Security Services to Orange Cyberdefense, Orange Business, and external stakeholders.

What we expect of you


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully launching and managing global products.

  • Must be a team player, capable of managing people, setting objectives, and leading with a product management mindset.

  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue and profit growth through effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

  • Broad understanding across multiple areas of cybersecurity, including OT, cloud, application architecture, Identity and Access Management, network security, endpoint security, and advanced SOC deliveries.

  • Skills in cybersecurity regulations and standards.

  • Strong focus on Customer Experience to ensuring smooth customer journey, product usability and customer satisfaction.
