Information Security Architect Officer - DLP Specialist

Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement new technologies, solutions, and methods to enhance DLP and CASB capabilities in line with business requirements.

  • Support and advance EFG’s cloud strategy.

  • Develop, implement, and review policies, workflows, and technical configurations for DLP and CASB, coordinating closely with IT and following established change processes.

  • Respond to and resolve DLP incidents efficiently.

  • Assist the DLP team with daily operations, maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring of the DLP platform.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, applicable laws, and EFG policies.

  • Collaborate actively with IT, control functions, business units, and other stakeholders.

  • Manage vendor support for any issues related to the DLP or CASB platform.

  • Represent EFG’s security needs by providing expertise and assistance on IT projects concerning DLP, CASB, and overall security.

  • Participate in project-related activities as a subject matter expert, extending beyond DLP and CASB.


Skills and Experience:



  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT Engineering, or a related field.

  • Over 5 years of professional experience in the DLP field and its supporting services.

  • Proven experience managing DLP solutions (e.g., Forcepoint, Purview, Broadcom).

  • Familiarity with Cloud DLP, CASB, Azure, and data classification.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.


Location: Geneva is a priority - Zurich and Lugano can also be considered.
