Your tasks

In this challenging role your key responsibilities are the following:

• First point of contact for technical clarifications of non standard customer inquiries in close collaboration with our sales organization, or other internal functions. The current focus of your portfolio are fiber optics applications in the field of Aerospace & Defence and Renewable Energy.
• Translation of customer requests into possible product solutions or configurations
• Implementation and coordination of customer projects according to specifications including preparation of the necessary documentation in collaboration with stakeholders
• Consulting and training of customers (internal and external) regarding fiber connectivity application knowledge

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a hands-on mentality who meets the following requirements:

• Technical background and further education in a technical area (e.g. Dipl. Techniker/in HF)
• Professional experience in a comparable role and in project management
• Knowledge of fiber optics is desirable
• Systematic problem-solving skills, methodological competences
• Good communication skills, self-disciplined and structured way of work
• Fluent English skills, spoken and written are a must. German and other languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad (up to 10%)
