Technical Training Manager

Your role and responsibilities

We train customers and ABB service engineers worldwide in the operation, maintenance and commissioning of our Medium Voltage Drives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide digital tool support to the Motion Services Training organization and its customers.Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise in developing, preparing and conducting virtual training courses. You will be mainly accountable for:• Supporting the local training organization/customers through digital tool supporting determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective digital solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.• Offering technical advice and providing comment on inquiry specifications to customers/channels/Sales Specialists regarding ABB products/systems/applications.• Create interactive eLearning courses based on existing content such as presentations and manuals. • Develop exercises for virtual training with training models and control emulators.• You moderate webinars and provide technical support to product specialists and lecturers.• Performing analytical and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable digital solution that meets the customer needs.

Qualifications for the role

• You enjoy working with digital tools such as learning management systems, survey tools and various digital communication
• You have established skills data management / maintenance and SharePoint administration.
• Ideally you possess good knowledge SAP.
• You are innovative around designing surveys to help us improve our curriculum and services
• A commercial education (e.g. KV) with a high affinity to IT
• You are at ease communicating in German and English
