Tasks
In this exciting position, you’ll guide clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring a seamless experience from setup to ongoing support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and configuring document management solutions (DMS) for on-premise and cloud environments.
- Leading projects or sub-projects for customer implementations.
- Specifying and implementing tailored DMS solutions, including integration into surrounding systems.
- Providing continuous conceptual and technical support to customers during and after project implementation.
- Collaborating with internal and external product specialists and software developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- A completed IT apprenticeship or higher education in an IT-related field.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server) and Windows server systems.
- Experience in DMS implementation (an advantage).
- Scripting experience (an advantage).
- Fluency in German (oral and written).
- A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with analytical thinking skills.
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
