As a key player in the Global Digital Marketing Team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand building strategies. Your deep understanding of the ecommerce growth engine, active benchmarking against best in class practices and close collaboration with core partners will set the tone for the future customer acquisition strategy of On.

Your Mission

  • Holistic Acquisition and Retention Strategy: Ensure a comprehensive strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels to drive both short-term commercial gains and long-term strategic objectives
  • Global Performance Marketing Strategy: Power and navigate strategic performance marketing building blocks to drive the understanding of the impact on brand media investments into the conversion funnel (full funnel media strategy, channel attribution, audience expansion, and creative strategy)
  • Media Spend Oversight: Oversee global media spend levels and ensure flexibility in plans to exceed growth targets, collaborating closely with Controlling, Strategy & Planning, and Regional Performance Marketing Leads
  • Thought Leadership Measurement and Attribution: Play an active role in the creation of a cohesive Unified Marketing Measurement framework across the full funnel, collaborating with Digital, Tech, Brand, and Corporate Strategy teams
  • Enable Experimentation and Measurement: Enable acquisition teams globally to challenge the status quo through clear experimentation and measurement approaches, shaping and defining the future media channel mix
  • Team Management and Collaboration: Manage and expand the global Acquisition team, collaborating with core stakeholders to define media budget deployment, performance measurement, and long-term media strategy
  • Partnership Development: Own and cultivate relationships with key partners in the Digital Marketing Industry, shaping the future MarTech and Acquisition setup
