Médecins Sans Frontières is an independent, international medical and humanitarian organization that provides care to people in need, people affected by natural or man-made disasters, and victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and without regard to race, religion, creed or political affiliation (MSF Charter).
As an independent organisation, we deliver care based only on need, regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion or political affiliation. MSF relies on donations from private individuals and organisations for the majority of its income. This private funding gives MSF the freedom to respond where needs are greatest and to speak out publicly, free from any political interference. Fundraising activities in MSF are managed from each country office in parallel. The Fundraising Process Officer aims at enhancing and documenting the processes of the fundraising programme of MSF Switzerland.
DREAM is a CRM system based on MS Dynamics 365 used to manage the Fundraising programme of MSF in Switzerland. DREAM is in its second phase of development. Based on a core that was implemented through the 1st phase of the project and is now live, a whole new set of applications is now under development. This 2nd phase of DREAM includes the integration of new functionalities across all the different fundraising disciplines and business units that require the creation of new processes and the revision of the existing ones. To this end, we are looking for a Fundraising Business Process Officer to join the DREAM Project team. The position is hierarchically accountable to the Deputy Director of Communications and Fundraising of MSF Switzerland and functionally to the DREAM Project Manager.
As fundraising business process officer, you will be responsible for examining, producing and optimising business processes connected to the management of the DREAM fundraising system. You will also be documenting current and new processes, recommending improvements, promoting and ensuring adherence to processes, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made aiming at the success of the DREAM project and ultimately, at enhancing the overall productivity of internal processes in the fundraising unit.
If you are a proactive individual with a passion for fundraising, optimising business processes and ensuring project success, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Join our team and contribute to the achievement of our objectives through efficient and effective fundraising process management.
