The staff was great. Unfortunately, that was already everything.

Although it was emphasized at the interview that it would be expensive to train new employees and it would be great to stay for a few years, this employer cannot keep his own ideas. There are very high staff fluctuations and if you don't fit in with your manager, you get a sense of it. I personally cannot recommend the employer.
