The management team at Mini Spitex is really something special in a positive sense. People are on first-name terms right from the first interview. I felt very comfortable from the first day. At Mini Spitex, the client always matches the employee. Client inquiries were also sometimes rejected because the client did not fit in with the company philosophy or the staff. The salary and the working atmosphere are above average and not comparable with other organizations. I am very happy to be part of Mini Spitex.
